I don’t know what turned me on the most; the fact that Ruby was absolutely stunning in that dress or the way she shut down Collin. I couldn’t help but feel proud that she was my mate. Every fiber in my body wanted to put Collin in his place. For one, you don’t put your hands on someone else’s mate, and two, I didn’t like this guy’s attitude towards my mate.
When Collin came up and offered us the best rooms in the house. I stopped and thought, why rooms? Ruby and I never slept apart, we only needed one room. I didn’t like the way he was talking. Ruby turned to me and started talking. My attention went straight to her.
