"What the hell were you thinking?" Lana lashed out at me angry as she paced up and down in her small office, "you could have hurt someone!"
"I know..." I answered, embarrassed.
Did she really need to yell at me like a mother who cared? Wasn't I already humiliated enough?
How the hell should I have known that Douglas could just take over without me even knowing?
I made a total fool out of myself, embarrassed Nerina before the pack, and almost f*cking lost control.
F*ck!

The whole thing could have gone south!
"But it didn’t!" Douglas sang proudly in my mind, but I ignored him.
"It's not his fault," Elder Jim said to Lana.
I was thankful for his support.
When Lana announced that she wanted to see me, he made sure he came with me. I was surprised at
