Nerina's POV
"Urgh!" I moaned, grabbing the side of my head as I got upright. The uncontrollable pounding feeling in my head felt like someone had a jackhammer in there, drilling my brain away.
"F*ck!" I swore, "why do my head and body feel so bloody sore?"
"Urgh!" I moaned out loud and tried to drag my eyes open, but they seemed to have their own idea, keeping them shut.
"Fine!" I groaned, giving in to the force field that kept my eyes close. "Be like that!" I growled annoyed, lying back on the bed.
Bed?
Uhm... this didn't feel like mine...
My hands automatically reached out, searching for the end of the cot, confirming that this bed was larger than mine.
Then I moved my hands over the blankets covering me... feeling the soft texture under my fingers.
