“There are no free meals in the world, Cass. I thought you knew this. Do you expect to just get married and then leave after two years without me benefiting?”.
“Hello?” I snapped my fingers at his face “A baby is a different thing all together. That’ll be another human that would be both my egg and your sperm. I won’t birth a child and let him go after two years. I’m not going to do that,”.
“I am aware of that, Cassidy Hart,” Chad frowned “But if the marriage must hold, then an heir must be produced. The only reason I am hurrying to get married is because my family wants an heir; someone that will continue from where I stop when I’m no more. You think I want marriage for the fun of it?”.
