Alaiza/Lilac's Pov
I was already inside my room and lying in my bed when I regained consciousness. Alpha Jacob and Jemma were sitting beside my bed and looking very worried about me. The two of them seemed relieved when they saw me open my eyes.
"You're awake," he spoke to me. I just nodded at him. He helped me get up and sit on the bed. "How do you feel? Why did you fainted earlier? Do you have a blood phobia?"
I stared at him with a blank face. He asked me if I had a blood phobia. Of course, I don't have a blood phobia. But seeing blood in my palm reminded me of how my family was brutally murdered. It creeps me to the bones. I couldn't breathe properly that's why I fainted earlier.
