ZARA’S POV :-
My current state is basically like a modern-era slave and Diego Winston is my lord. I have to follow all his orders and obey his rules, or I’ll get a severe punishment for it. Like right now, he wants to see me, and I have to go to him if I don’t want any punishment.
“Rosie. I have to go. Can you inform me about the result when the list comes out?”
I went to a side to talk to Diego when I saw his call. So, returning to my friend, I had to ask her for this favour. Although it felt bad to leave her alone in the crowd to get the results when she had already done so much by informing me about this job, I had to do so because of Diego.
“You’re leaving? They will release the list any minute now. Can’t you wait for another ten minutes?”
