Chapter Sixteen
Acceptance
“N-No. No. I can't be a mother. He can't be a father!” she exclaimed.
She was left alone in the house because the kind wolf escorted the doctor out of the Dark Woods. She was just sitting on the couch for almost twenty minutes, quiet and blankly staring at nothing. But when the two left her, she burst into tears as she holds her stomach with her hands, hardly believing what situation she had now.
She’s not yet ready for that big responsibility. Also, she fears the mighty wolf. How can he be a father to their child if he himself can't be mature enough? She doesn’t want their baby to be like him, a proud and boastful man. She didn’t want him to be the father of her child.
