Isla's POV:
After his announcement, Alpha Caden was gone from the chamber for the rest of the evening and night too.
But he did come back later at night and I was heavily sleeping. Yet, I felt his kiss on my cheek. I wasn't sure if it was a dream or reality but I smiled widely.
"Get up! "
I was pulled up on my legs and my mind was still sleeping even though Alpha Caden had started giving me orders already.
"We are late. Why didn't you wake up on time? You overslept for ten hours. "
I couldn't understand whatever he was saying so I agreed to him shouting at me every complaint he could come up with.
"We will need to shower together to save time. "
This brought me back to reality and I rubbed my eyes to see him properly if he was telling the truth or just making fun of me.
