CHAPTER #24

I slowly open my eyes and I fix the blanket that covers my nakedness. I don't have anything under this blanket since... what the use of wearing anything if Natsu's will remove it afterward -_____- I stood up and went to the bathroom. I need to fix myself since I still had work though, I really want to stay here in my room and sleep since I don't have enough sleep last night.

I took my time relaxing under the shower stall after that I dried myself up and dried my hair using my blower. I'm busy doing wonders on my hair when all of the sudden Natsu came in and wrapped his armed around my waist. On his other hand, he was holding an apple. I arch my brow when I look on him through the mirror.

He doesn't wear anything even a tiny towel to cover his lower part.

"Why don't you wear something to cover yourself?" I asked him.

He shrugs his shoulder "You doesn't wear anything too." he says in the matter in fact tone.

"I just had done taking a bath," I say. He didn't say anything and I gasp when I felt his length brushing on my hips. I rolled my eyes when I took a bite on his apple. Then I comb my hair.

"I love your hair," he says tenderly.

"I love it too." He smirks on me but didn't say anything. I get my dress the put it on my body. I could feel that Natsu's watching every move that I made and I can see fire igniting again on his eyes. "You know... I just was done cleaning my body and I am going to put my make up on so..."

"I know you're sore. We'll do it when we get home," he says.

I smile on him; as usual his really frank and straight forward. After I'm done putting my clothes I applied my make-up. "Take a shower," I say while putting some mascara.

"Fine."

After I'm done doing my make-up; I lean on the wall and watch him taking a bath. My eyes traveled down on his body... those muscles... yum yum! My eyes widened when I saw his hand went on his length... moving it down then up again.

Damn...

I look on his face and I saw him smirking on me. I bite my lower lips then I turn my heels out of the bathroom. I need to breathe before I decided to r**e him there in the bathroom. Gosh! It's still early in the morning and I'm thinking like this about him. I went to the kitchen Stoll and I saw Aff's eating his breakfast that... probably Natsu prepared to him. "Good morning, Aff." I say to him and hugged him.

He growled on me. I put him down again and I made my way on the kitchen and get some cereal; after Natsu finished on his routine. We decided to go to the office.

I yawn and I shook my head to make my mind awake. I really want to sleep but I can do it since I have works to do. Hmm...

What if I enrolled in a pole dancing class this day or rather I ask Natsu to dance on the pole to make my nerves alive? I'm sure it will really help me to become alert... No doubt about that.

I look on what I'm doing and I suppressed a gasp when I read what I'm typing on my report. I pinch the sides of my cheeks and I push the backspace to erased on what I've typed.

"Pole dancing? Want me to take some lesson?" I heard a familiar voice speak on my behind.

Slowly, I turned my heels and I saw him leaning against the wall as he looks down on me. His lips are twisted into an impish smile and I'm sure he read what I've typed a while ago.

"It's not yours. I dreamed to become a romance writer." I say.

"Since when? Are you sure you want to write romance? From the looks of it, you'll be close to the erotic novel."

I pouted on him then I continue what I've done; the ultimate distraction, Natsu Dragneel. If he's not the owner of this Company; and if his ordinary employee on this Company for sure this Company is longer exists; because it's already bankrupt.

It's so hard to resist him.

"Let's eat, Lucy. You need to eat," he says holding my hand and squeeze it lightly.

"I'd still work to do."

"Leave it," he says he saved the file that I'm doing and shut down my computer. Then he pulled me up on my seat and get my things; holding my hand as we made our way out of his Company. I'm fully aware that some of my co-workers are looking on me; on us.

When we entered the elevator, Natsu pushed me and before I could say anything...

His lips meet mine. I moan when my back touches the wall of the elevator. He deepens the kiss and I can't help myself; I wrapped my arms around him... rubbing myself to him. The elevator stops, the doors open, and he pushes away from me in the blink of an eye, leaving me hanging. Three men in business suits look at both of us and smirk as they climb on board. My heart rate is through the roof, I feel like I've run an uphill race. I want to lean over and grasp my knees... but that's just too obvious.

I smile to them before glancing back on Natsu; who's eyeing me. Couple of minutes the doors opens on the first floor, and he takes my hand and pulls me out.

"Next time... I'll ask you to pay every kiss that you get over me." I say pouting on him.

He smirks on me "Then I'll make you pay too if you'll kiss me."

I pouted "Fine... free kiss." I say and I heard him chuckle making me roll my eyes. Natsu snakes his arms around my shoulder. He doesn't say anything as we made our way out of his Company. "I want a burger." I say.

"Later... you need to eat a real meal or you won't last."

"Won't last to what?"

"I know you're tired. You need to eat Ducky. We had a long day." he says; I didn't say anything and I just roll my eyes to him.

We entered the nearest restaurant at his Company. My eyes spark when I saw the menu Ooooooohlalala! the foods look so delicious.

I'm starving.

I heard Natsu chuckle but I didn't look at him. My eyes and my mind are focusing on the food in front of me. "If I get fat you should let me some money to have surgery," I say on him without looking on him.

"You won't... we'll exercise," he says. I pinch the sides of his arms then he smiles on me.. he's one-sided thingy smile. Natsu snakes his arms around my waist and we went to our table. Natsu helps me to sit down on my eyes got widen when I heard the songs on the restaurant. Natsu sat down on my sides.

Sometimes... it's really weird when the song fit on your situation right now... or rather this is the way of the cupid out there to make me feel the love.

I nodded then I lean and get the water in drunk it. No matter what I do... he'll still be thinking of her. I want him... I love him... but it's just me.

Loving doesn't give you the assurance that your love will be given back. I know that, but I'm just a human that's why even I decided to have stayed on this set-up... I'll end up getting hurt.

I look at him. He's half smiling on me and I know that his waiting for my answer. His hand gently stroke on my hair... "N-Nashi.," I say.

I suppressed a gasp. He smiles on me.. his full smile. He didn't say anything and he looks on down and I have the feeling that he doesn't want me to ask anything about it.

But it gave me hope.. a little hope.

I know that I shouldn't expect to him... because there are greater possibilities that I'll be wounded myself. When I decided to give in and love him.. I give in to the fact that I will just love him and I'll never get anything back in return.

But I want to hope.. because even just a little... that hopefully will give me the happiness.

The waiter came in and gives us the food that we ordered. "How many children do you want, Lucy?" Natsu asked me all of a sudden.

"One," I say.

"Why?" he asked me.

"It's hard and it's hurt to give birth. If you want to try to be pregnant, Natsu." I say sarcastically on him.

I look up when the waitress came on our table and put one slice of chocolate cake. I smile to her but my smile fainted; I don't know why but she looks familiar on me. I blink twice when I look back on my cake.

"Lucy, what's wrong?"

I reached for my throat. There's something wrong I look at Natsu's helplessly; his eyes grew wider and he throws the cake out of our site.

I can't hear everything that he said but I can hear him shouting and taking me in his arms.

Fuck...
