I do not know if this me thinking too much, but Karen has changed in the last few days. I mean even the day before the funeral. I think since the day she got to know I moved in with the Kermits. I thought I explained to her that I had moved in for work reasons and somehow I always forgot to mention it to. It is not like mentioning to her was going to be like telling the world. She would always keep my secret safe. It just never really crossed my heart to even text about it if could not call.
