“I could use a bath,” Amelia said on a sigh as she looked around her room. Some of the shadows near the bed morphed and transformed into her little servant June. Amelia let out a horrified “Oh my god!” at that. “Something the matter, Lady Amelia?” June hurried to her but this latter flinched upon contact. “You freaking scared me,” she accused her as she held on her dress, right above her wildly beating heart. “I didn’t mean to.
