The next night Ollie bustled about the kitchen, getting ready for his latest client. He ran through a mental checklist to ensure he had everything he needed. All the food he had prepared was nestled into an insulated box, which would keep it warm on the drive over to Wallingford, where his new client, Sam Morris, lived. He had a plastic bag full of cutlery and a stack of Fiesta plates in bright colors, with sheets of paper towel between them and bubble wrap around them.
