-Mefan- Carter paced nervously in the dark alley where we were hiding, watching his brothers on the other side. They were speaking to a slave trader about something—we couldn’t hear, and to be honest, I didn’t pay much attention to them. All I saw was Carter, who clearly wanted to go out there and find out what was going on. However, it was quite suspicious that the three princes were here.
