"Yo, Theodore!" Paulie was one of the copier techs in my department. "Yeah, man. What's up?" I asked, distracted by the spreadsheet on the screen in front of me. "Can you take that service call at PharmaLite? I gotta go over to TechBotMe on River Street. Emergency." Crap. Over the past month and a half, anytime a call came in from that company—which had happened a lot lately, for some reason—I sent one of my other guys over there to take care of it.
