When the Alpha didn’t turn up for training the next morning, Charlie was somewhat relieved. It gave her a chance to fully focus and allowed her to win each of her sparring sessions. Now, except for Dex, Charlie had bested every other warrior in their training group, but much to her chagrin, her friend had avoided a rematch.
