My Rebirth as an alien Queen

Episode 11-failed assassination.

After seeing that scene, I didn’t know what came over me but I could describe how I felt, it was a massive a*s pain hitting me forcibly like a wave and I lost it, all my head was screaming was to protect Hero, all I wanted most was to protect Hero, every other thing left my mind and all I suddenly ever wanted was to protect him so I scream again, forcing an energy wave from me to hit the first alien that had wanted to attack me.

I wasn’t quite familiar with how to use the Ghafil ability but instinctively, I could use it. I stretched my hand out to the Ghafil that had just stabbed Hero while other guards watch and break his neck with a snap of my hands and when I turned to the watching guards I squeezed my fingers and watch them break from inside and out. I rushed to Hero who was now very pale as he was losing blood.

“What can I do to help?” I asked trying not to panic too much as my hands were now trembling as I stared at him terrified and petrified.

“The royal doctor” He forced himself to say as I tried to cover his wounds.

“Are you even sure you can trust him right now?” I questioned and his eyes got dark…he was dying and I could feel it, his pain was hitting me wave after wave that it was making my body shook.

“Nio” He finally said and my eyes widened trying to figure a way to reach his banished brothers.

“How could I reach them?” I questioned further as my body shook from another pain wave that hit me from him.

“Barb” I started to look around for Barb but I couldn’t find her but after looking around I found her locked up in a box and I could guess because something was continuously hitting from the inside of the box, the box was locked but with my ability, I fling off the lid with just a mental image of it flinging it off. Barb immediately flew up and I saw the damage they had done to her, sparks were flying on her head as she must have been hit hard by something heavy, her left stationary arm had been dislocated and was now hanging upside down, I wanted to weep horrified by what they did to her but what my priority, was is to protect Hero.

“Hero, he’s dying” My voice quavered while I tried to control my trembling. Barb tried to fly but she fell so she had to wheel herself to where Hero’s dejected figure laid.

“Access Kio’s residence” He made a labored talk.

“Kio’s residence access granted” Barb’s voice was almost incoherent from the echo.

“Brother, help me…please. I’m dying and Aira is extremely scared. I’ve locked up all the palace but I’ll grant you access the moment you’re here, I don’t have much time” Hero struggled to pass his message and I sobbed underneath.

“Herochuvon?” A voice asked from the other end of the call.

“Yes, they tried to kill me” He added and I heard, hurried footsteps from the other end.

“He’s in danger” It sounded as if the person who talked was informing the other one. Hero wasn’t doing well, his colour was turning paler and paler, his radiant green colour was having a shade of brown now. He was weak and I felt life tugging him, he was barely holding on, I crawled to him and placed him on my chest, I wouldn’t know how to survive without him, that I was certain off. I cried rubbing his cheek softly not knowing what to do as Barb also watched me helplessly.

“Brother, are you there?” It actually seems his two brother had successfully gotten to the palace and it gave me some hope.

“Hero, you have to let your brother in so that they can help you” I told him as I meet his tired eyes.

“Unlock the palace gate” Hero instructed Barb and Barb in her usual way said..

“Access granted” so I heard the clicking of something and something heavy was heard scraping up and I could tell it was the palace gate because the sound came back down and two heavy footsteps were heard coming towards our direction, I felt a sharp pain in my chest and I spit green blood, when I looked down at Hero, his colour was brown, he…was gone and I felt every connection I had with him break down.

“Hero…Hero, look at me. Hero please…I pleaded fear gripping me hard as I shook his body wanting him to wake up. I was screaming and I felt the building shook as I continue to scream but had to stop as his too brother arrived seeing him in my hands while holding my sobs.

“What are you doing rewind the time before his soul is gone” One of them immediately told me but I knew I couldn’t do that.

“She don’t know how to” Barb managed to translate for me her voice going up and low at intervals while she talked.

“You have to try…you’re are a Royal Ghafil and have to believe you can do it” Did he just speak back in English, I’ll have to be shocked some other time, right now all I wanted was to bring Hero back.

“Put your hands in direction to the Ghafil light” one of the two aliens in cloak moved to me and positions my palm together with two digits up and the other clenched.

“Try moving it together concentrating your energy-

“I don’t know what you’re talking about” I cried and the second alien got impatient.

“Don’t you want to save him, think about how hard you want to bring him back” Okay that was enough for me to think, I felt an energy flick inside and I felt it radiating out such that a green emanated from my hand while I make motions like I was rubbing it together though they weren’t really touching each other and it started to glow brighter and brighter spreading out in circles around my fingers, I started to think about the time Hero came in, before he saw the alien trying to kill me, I was just thinking about it when I felt everything slowed down and from the far end of a tower was a massive green glow rippling towards my direction like a wave and suddenly colliding with the green wave that was spreading out from my palm.

Everything just…disintegrated and I found my body realise and suddenly I was back at staring at the man who was hit against the wall by the energy I had emitted while screaming from my scream and Hero rushing in as well. Recalling the scene on how the guard behind him had stabbed Hero made me so bad that I stretched out but of hands and twisted their necks.

Hero was shocked and looked towards me with the same shocked expression he had glanced at the guards who collapsed with his neck turned other side but before he could say a world I was already running to him and I startled him a little when I jumped into his hands with my hands thrown around his neck. It was really great to feel his heartbeat…he was warm and so much alive and it made me sub. I wasn’t shocked when our Fil connected and seriously I wanted it to happen so he could see what had really happened in my mind, I could read his mind too had that moment, at first he thought I’d gone rogue by killing his guards but him reading my mind now gave him the hint that I’d actually saved his live and obviously he was so happy that tears made way to his eyes.

“You saved my life” He muttered and I shook my head.

“Your brothers did, I’m certain they are probably sleeping or playing around right now, not knowing what they had done but you and I both know now” I smiled and he returned it warmly hand on my cheeks as he suddenly clashed his lips on mine, tasting every inch of my mouth, I was a bit shocked since I wasn’t expecting him to just kiss me of course so the first few seconds of the kiss was sloppy until I relaxed and felt his tongue in my mouth making me moan slightly. Then he pulled away…panting a little as he stared into my eyes while I gulped down, feeling completely speechless. To be honest, I never imagined once in my life that I would be kissing any alien, not to speak of Hero but the kiss really wasn’t that bad, I mean he tasted like a glass of champagne which I found weird since there wasn’t any champagne on Zullion, was there? I wasn’t sure.

“You’re shy” Hero stated trying to hide the smug smile on his face.

“f**k!” I cursed under my breath seeing a green glow ripples travel down from my head down to my toes; I could feel it on my finger prince too.

“Did you by any chance had champagne this night?” I was damn curious because I was 100% certain he tasted like champagne.

“Is that a problem?-

“Where on earth did you get champagne?” I asked suddenly serious.

“The champagne factory” Hero answered plainly and had to take a minute to process his words.

“You really were on earth? Like serious are you for real?” I questioned and he chuckled softly.

“No, I wasn’t…have you forgotten we have alien agency down on earth. They ship goods to Zillion…anything that could be of use to us…even food. I’ll take you to our harbour some other time, where you can see our goods purchased on earth being unloaded. Anyway, thank you for saving my life” I smiled and I watched him control out the bodies of the Ghafils that had came with him and the other Rafik that had came with him, I quickly run to where they had kept Barb and suddenly I saw her still in the shattered position that she was.

“Don’t worry about it, I’ll fix her tomorrow” Hero promised after coming back into the room and I heard the door slowly slide back, I turned and fell into his arms again his sharp eyes on mine and he slowly lifted his alien hands to my waist while closing the gap between us but this time when he tried to kiss me, I had to turn away…I just didn’t think me and Hero could ever be possible. I saw the disappointed look on his face and it saddens me a little, almost urge me to give in to his whims but I know better than to love him but one true was quite clear to me, no matter how much I fight it…I was now involved in Hero’s dangerous world and there was nothing I could do about it. He tried to meet my eyes but I avoided eye contact so he slowly slipped down his hand on my waist and moved back.

“Goodnight Claire, Goodnight my queen” He voiced after he got to the wall where the door was, that was the only time I met his eyes before slowly watching him leave.
