Rachel was in her office when she received a call that a female body had been found in Houston's Sam Forest. Rachel immediately headed to the location along with her coworkers.

Rachel is a forensic doctor on duty in the police force. She is now forty years old. For Rachel, being a forensic doctor is a noble job. Unlike doctors in other fields, where patients can talk about their complaints directly, forensic doctor patients cannot. They can't say anything, no matter how much pain they feel. They just lay with their bodies stiff. In many cases, their body condition even looks very miserable.

Rachel assists her patients in uncovering the cause of their deaths and what they experienced before dying. The autopsy process began. They start with an examination of the outer body. Observe and record any bruised parts, abrasions, cuts, and tears. After that, they continue examining the inner body to find the leading cause of death, such as bleeding, fractures, or damaged organs. During the internal examination, Rachel and the team could only wince, her chest tight, seeing the body’s poor condition. This woman's corpse was one of the most miserable bodies she had ever examined.

The autopsy process, this time, was carried out for approximately four hours. There are quite a lot of things they have to check. Rachel removed her gloves and said, "Let me do all the autopsy reports," she told her assistant. Usually, Rachel is assisted by her assistant in completing the autopsy report. She will write essential parts, while her assistant will complete general details such as wounds on the outer body and others. But this time, Rachel wanted to write everything down so the police team could get many clues from the autopsy report.

Meanwhile, elsewhere, Nicky receives a phone call from the forensic team. He was asked to come to the hospital. When opening the autopsy room, there was already Rachel there. Rachel paused her sentence. She took a breath because she was too choked with other facts.

"She is also five months pregnant. The perpetrator deserves a severe punishment because he sexually assaulted the corpse."

"On the body of the corpse?" Nicky repeated that he wanted to clarify Rachel's statement.

"Yes, the perpetrator not only sexually assaulted the victim while the victim was alive but also after the victim died. There was the destruction of intimate organs on the corpse of this woman."

Even though they have worked in the police for many years and handled various criminal cases, Rachel and Nicky are still often surprised when they find out about the incident experienced by the victim. Nicky went to see the body, "I hope so, too."
