10 Days Later:

'Why isn't she waking up?' Dimitri pinned Dr.Fredrick on the wall of Hospital hall. Its been  10 days since Ronie got admitted to the hospital, 10 days since Dimitri freed her from Tedd, 10 days since he know he is going to be a father and yet 10 day of agony, cause mother of his child isn't waking up.

'I told you Mr.Averin we have done every possible thing to save both mother and child, they both are out of danger but' he was cut off buy Dimitri. 'I have already heard your bullshit numerous times in 10 day, what is wrong with her? tell me what you want? an expect? any medicine? anything else? I'll bring that to you, just wake her up.' Dimitri said, while still holding Dr. on the wall.

'Please Mr.Averin, leave me or you will thrown out of the hospital, we have done everything, now its up to her to wake up, she had suffered alot, her body is still in stress, Luckily the stress is not effecting the child, I believe she will be up soon' Dr.Fredrick said, its true Dimitri had been throw out of the Hospital in numerous occasion now. In fact, Dimitri is the reason Dr.Fredrick don't  come for the rounds, Normally he sends Dr.Luna. When she isn't available or there's any emergency with Ronie then only Dr.Fredrick visit her, He is still keeping a close eye on her progress, he was also worried sick about her, that was the reason he came today to visit her.

Come on, leave him now  let's get you inside Ronie needs you by her side once she wakes up).Maribel said and dragged Dimitri away. Doctor nodded her, she smile back at him, clearly he doesn't understand a word she said to Dimitri, but he still let him go. Maribel is Dimitri's sister, she came to states as soon as Diego told her what happen, and its been 9 days since she was here, to the surprise Nik and Maribel are bonding quite well. 

No one apart from Maribel was able to convince Nik eat and rest and rest means, to close his eyes while sitting near Ronie's bed, he wasn't ready  to leave his sister's sight. Infact Maribel and Diego having hard to feed Dimitri and all Ronie's brothers. They aren't convince to leave their sister's sight, they think something bad will happen again if they left the hospital or let alone her room, same for the Val, but still she is acting more mature then Dimitri and all Petrov boys, She is been a big help she brings food for everyone, get's clothes for the boys, on daily basis cause they refused to leave the hospital.

Don't even get me get me started on Anton, poor Anton, he took the entire blame on himself just like Dimitri did, Being the eldest brother unable to protect his babysister, more or less Tedd was already planning on getting his hands on Ronie, because he kicked Tedd out of his business, when Anton's gang took over to the states, currently Anton's gang is the most powerful, most feared and most respected gang in states. One way or the other Tedd had planned something for Ronie all along. Natalie hadn't slept in days just to convince Anton that its not his fault, he just took over his father's gang just like a good son and he has to stop blaming himself for anyone else action.

 Dimitri was Natalie's knight in shining Armour, he convince Anton its not alone his fault and nobody could have prevent what happen,  all we need to do is stay close and wait for Ronie to wake up and protect her and her child. Dimitri even let  Anton to his house dungeon, to you know release stress. In these  days if they have left the Hospital only to release stress, by beating the living light out from Tedd and his brother, its been helpful as well cause Pasha and Sergie also did some stress releasing in the dungeon. Normally they are against violence just like Ronie and Nik but it was the needed therapy for the Petrov boys.

Everyone, when I say everyone it means, Anton and his girlfriend Natalie, Nik, Pasha, Sergie and his boyfriend Ryder, Val, Dimitri, Diego and Maribel has been in the hospital, yeah they do takes shift but all Petrov boys and Dimitri doesn't leave Ronie's sight, the only time they left hospital was to release stress that's all, nothing more Or nothing less.

Only Nik hasn't left hospital in days and everyone is now worried for him as well, he isn't eating well 1 meal a day or maybe no meal a day. The only time he isn't near Ronies bed side chair is when he has to use shower or toilet and that is all. He isn't sleeping much, his body is giving up, he lost a great amount of weight, you can see bags under his eyes, messy hairs, grown stubble and pale skin.

'You need to eat, for Christ sake get your s**t together Nikolai, if she is your sister then she is my only and best friend even like a sister, we are really having hard time with you boys please eat this turkey sandwich its your and her favorite come on please few bites' Val requested to Nik and he started to eat.

'Are you gonna eat that sandwich alone, your pregnant sister is starving and craving for Turkey sandwich with a chocolate syrup.' said Ronie in a small voice. Nik and Val was stun, they couldn't form a single sentence no no single word to utter.

'Are you both going to stare at me, like I have grown two heads, come on help me up, I want water and this f*****g sandwich right now.' Ronie said again, Nik and Val couldn't decide if they are dreaming? or she is finally awake?.

'You awake?' Val manage to say, Ronie nodded in response and give Val's hand a quick squeeze. She got up from her chair so fast that the chair fell down, no cared but still. ' O my , o my god, you're finally awake' Said excited Val 'Now come on help me sit up, water am thirsty and sandwich with syrup am hungry make it 2' Ronie said while Val help her sit with a smile. Nik hasn't said a word or move, Val give him a push and he wokeup from his dream, tears started to roll down his cheeks, 'Here take the sandwich, I get you a water, Val Call everyone and get her another one with syrup, How are you feeling? You have any pain? you need anything else? here your water' Nik said gave her his sandwich and water, then press the bedside button to call the nurse, Val rushed outside to let everyone know that Ronie's awake.

Few seconds later room door busted and everyone hurriedly walk in except for Dimitri, He couldn't conquer enough strength to face her yet, Maribel saw his hesitation, grab his hand took it in his walk in the room. 

Everyone was asking question from her, rubbing her back kissing her forehead, her hairs, cheeks. Tears were rolling down from everyone eyes and there she sat nodding and shaking her head in response while eating her gods know what sandwich, it seems like Turkey but again she had chocolate on it, its hard to tell what she is eating, is she always this weird? Or does this accident effected her brain in any manner?

She stopped eating when Dr.Fredrick came in, she got scared and starting to curl up in a ball, then Nik hold her and assure her that she is safe and he is there to help her. Dimitri wanted to comfort her not anyone else, he wanted to hold her, he is the father of her child, she is his still he choose otherwise, he let Petrov boys handle this situation and she has just woken up she needs time to heal. 

'How are you feeling?, Do you have any kind of pain? can you feel your baby's movement?' Dr.Fredrick examine her, all she did is shook her head in yes or no. 

'Okay, I think she is alright, but still we will keep her here for 24 to 48 hours, just monitor her vitals and daily progress, will let you know if anything come up, okay?' he said to Dimitri, he nodded in response as well as everyone else.

She look up to see who doctor is talking to and she has the look of satisfaction in her eyes but then again that look vanished when see saw Maribel hands tangled with Dimitri. she look down again and said.

'How many days it has been?' she said in a small voice, "Her voice is she soft" thought Dimitri.

'10 days, today is 11th day, you being here unconscious' Anton said, she look up and shock written all over her face. 

'How? why? when? what?' Ronie couldn't form a sentence then again, Nik started to rub her back to calm her down, 'Its okay, buttercup see you alright, your son is alright, come on breath, do it for me come on' Nik calm her down and she started to breath normally.

'But tell me everything, will you?' she ask Nik, Nik look at Dimitri for the request he nodded.

'Hey buttercup, why don't you finish your chocolate turkey sandwich?, and I'll get you a peanut butter with berries smoothie? sounds like a plan?' Nik ask, she nodded in response and gave a big cheeky smile to him, "How nicely her brother treats her, just like they say their baby sister, and how I have treated her? like a piece of s**t, How can I do that to her? I need to rectify this situation." Dimitri thought  

'You need anything else cupcake? weird pancake? bagel? doughnut? or may be pizza with peanut butter?' chuckled Pasha. "what is all these?, she is really weird?" Dimitri thought again to himself.

'Ahhh, you reminded me of my craving for peanut butter, now I need it' Said Ronie in really happy tone. 'Tell me what I can get you?' ask Sergie. She thought for few mins then said.

'Ummmmmm, Something which has peanut butter may be like sushi from the Japanese place we use to go and wait wait, I have more, I need single scoop of chocolate chip  and one scoop of mango and two scoop of strawberry ice cream, get me some chicken nuggets from mom's dinner ask David to pack extra sauce okay? and that will be all for now, I will call you If needed anything.' said Ronie, and believe me, everyone was shocked from the amount she ordered and how much weird that sounded.

'You sure, you can eat all of these all by yourself?' Maribel question her, Ronei looked at her and give her a confuse look, so she resume talking. 'I mean don't take me wrong, its just too much and you are too small for all these food  no offence.' Maribel finish and look at Nik who has cleared his throat, Nik gave her a "drop it" look but she couldn't make it out of his expression and then all hell was in loose. 

'First of all, who the f**k do you think you are to comment on my food? and second of all who the f**k are you? don't give me that I am small I can't eat?, If I want I can eat you after eating all these food, and I forgot the counting so I am taking without counting, I eat for two, I get weird craving its not my fault, its my baby he wants peanut butter in everything, god know why? I even don't like to look at it and now I can't get enough of it. And what do you think you can walk in with your boyfriend hand in hand and give me lecture about my food' she immediately release Dimitri's hand 'I am in this f*****g situation, Just because of your f*****g piece of s**t boyfriend didn't  wear the f*****g condom, while having s*x with me,  maybe you should concentrate on your boyfriend not on other people's food, so that he doesn't knocked every girl in States and Russia' Ronie said and boy when she finish she was breathless. The room was silent  only machine's beeping and Ronie's breathing can be heard, then someone break the silence.

'Ummmm, Hi my name is Diego, before you jump in any conclusion "again"' he motion with his fingers in air 'I am Dimitri's younger brother, Dimitri the guy who knocked you up, yes we do live in Russia and he doesn't like to wear condom, don't ask me how I know that piece of information nor it is relevant, Here the girl you assume girlfriend of Dimitri is actually my elder sister Maribel, as well as Dimitri's sister but Dimitri is eldest , so she is his younger sister, I know I know she doesn't look like us, we are more handsome, we got our look from our mother, poor Maribel got father's look not that I am complaining, but leave that for another time, will you?. And yes your food does sound weird' Ronie tried to interrupt but Dieg raised his hand to stop and continued talking.'But I know pregnancy hormones makes you angry, emotional and happy in a blink of an eye and gives you weird craving, How do I know? for Christ sake you are carrying my nephew, I wanted to know everything about being pregnant and what happens during pregnancy and after, unlike others I like to do my homework, can't blame these dumbasses, so relax you need to relax, you are way to week to be a six months pregnant lady, I think we are clear Now?' He finished and ask Ronie, she nodded in response, 'Okay Nik and Pasha get this pregnant lady her food, everyone else who's name is not Dimitri walk out of the room, so that he can fill in Ronie, I personally feels its better that Dimitri tell her everything, it would do good to both' he clapped his hands once he was finished, he didn't let anyone talk nor that anyone wanted to say anything else. Dimitri was shocked by his brother's action. Everyone did as Diego ask them to do.   

'Wow, that's a lot to take in, is he always this bossy? or this is a special occasion?' Ronie ask Dimitri as soon as everyone left and Dimitri make himself comfortable on a very uncomfortable chair. 

'It is an special occasion, you know its not everyday, when my one night stand gets pregnant  yell at my sister and accuse her to be my girlfriend.' Dimitri replied with a smile, clearly enjoying himself.

'Yeah, sorry about that, I just loose my mind, whenever anyone comment on my food or stop me from eating my food, food is been like my second love you know? Ronie replied.

'Who's your first love?' Dimitri blurt out shocked by his own question but he is a Mafia king he doesn't fear a s**t, so he continue to look at her with the same expression.

'Of course my son, I have never fell in love but the moment I wake up and doctor confirm I was 13 weeks pregnant, I instantly fell in love with him, I didn't back then if its he or she, but I knew I would love him or her unconditionally, no matter how hard it gets' she said while rubbing her belly, Dimitri couldn't resist and admire the way she said everything and the love she had for  their son.

'Why didn't you look up for me?, It not that hard to find me, your brother works for me, you could have ask him' He said in obvious tone and as the word left his mouth he can see shocked on her face.

'WHATTT?, What did you say? My bother works for you?, which one tell me the name?, I will kick some ass today, name him?' she said anger visible on her face, she tried to get out of the bed but Dimitri stopped her.

'Come on, Stop it piranha, relax can you? you do get angry easily, come on I will tell you everything but promise me you will not react the way you did, otherwise no more info for you and I can assure you no one dares to go against me, so pretty much you wont get any info on anything in near future or may be ever, come one promise me? Dimitri said in stern tone, Ronie release a huff and promised to behave.

'That's like a good girl, now listen, don't interrupt , maybe you wont understand few things in the beginning but wait for me to finish okay?' Dimitri said and she nodded in response.

'Good, you can obey easily, just need to pull right button I guess?' Dimitri said with a smile and  She  shrugged but nodded with a smile.

'Now, listen and understand, your father Konstantin Petrov  was a gang leader back in Russia, worked for my father, he came here for a drug deal and fell for a woman, I presume your mother, cause he never came back to Russia again, but due to my fathers influence he worked here, in states and form a gang here, My father was satisfied with his action and let him live here with no harm, You see our profession is not very Ideal and I think you now that by now?' she nodded in response. 'My father was Russian Mafia, he was killed when I was 20 which means 7 year ago by a rival Mafia, they thought we are weak and will fall apart, what they didn't know that I was fully train and was already to take my fathers place, they killed him before I could do that, but still I took it eventually, I killed the Mafia leader who killed my father, gave his men an opportunity to join me and pledge their loyalty to me.'By then Dimitri was holding Ronie's hand so that so wont get scared or ran away, he his surprise she didn't do any of those things. 'You know few did as I asked them, and few didn't ,Just like Tedd and his brothers after all I have killed their father and took over their Mafia, that was the one of the reason they kidnap you, other reasons are you remember Mike?' she again nodded, ' he kidnap Maribel my sister , she was not involve in any of Mafia activities back then, she was a college student just like you currently are, she was studying computers and something hacking stuff, and she is unexceptionally good at it, she can locate anyone anywhere in a matter of seconds. She is the reason I know everything about you now. okay back to the part, Mike kidnapped her, for days they gang raped her, beat her up and' he was trailing off just as he was remembering and reliving the moment and closed his eyes. Ronie gave him a quick squeeze to his hand and he started again ' and didn't gave her food nor even a glass of water, those bastards took her to a country name Pakistan in Asia, it was difficult for us to find her and bring her back home, After 20 days of day and night searching we finally got hold on Mike's family his wife and his son. We negotiated the exchange and he agreed to meet us in Russia, apparently he loved his wife and son more then is own f*****g life, as soon as we got Maribel back, Diego lost his mind, You can see he's bit different, He killed his wife and his only son infront of him and left him to live in his guilt, which now I believe wasn't  the wise choice we made. But you can't blame Diego, I know you are against violence and stuff Nik told me, but if you had seen Maribel back then you would have done the same, it took us 10 f*****g months to get our sister back, after 10 f*****g months she look the same, but she change completely, joined our Mafia became hacker and informant of our Mafia, and we became, most powerful most feared Mafia in entire Russia and in half the America. I am The Mafia King. Your brother Anton, works for me under your father's name, he took over your fathers gang here in states and his gang is the most powerful, respected and feared gang because they work for me and they have a lot of good connections.  I dont know why he didn't let us or you know about this pregnancy situation, we still haven't talked about it, we wanted you to wake up first. Tedd, mike and fiasco are still alive due to Val and Maribel's mercy. We wanted to kill them for what they did to you and to your son,  but they thought it's totally your choices, cause they hurt you and your son, we haven't given this choice to Maribel and we suffered the consequences, we dont want to repeat it again.
