Maximus POV After dinner, I took Matei with me to our floor. I was not really in the mood to entertain either Amelia or Marianna, so I used my son as an excuse to leave early. Somehow the excuse was a rewarding one because suddenly I am enjoying enormously the time I spend with my pup.
