Thanatos drank his last remaining bottled water and sat on the ground. He had been running for days without resting. He doesn't know where to go, but he felt relieved—relieved that he was finally away from the pack. Thanatos was panting hard. The fatigue has eventually taken over him. He had wounds all over his back and feet after running miles. Thanatos closed his eyes and felt the wind in his body. The snap of a branch woke Thanatos up. He immediately positioned himself to defend. He knows this area hadn't belonged to any pack, which only meant one thing: enemy. A man suddenly emerged from the bushes and stared at Thanatos. "Woah!
