Author’s Note
This story grew out of a conversation I was having with friends, all about how much Jason and Colby would both love Comic Con, even if Colby’s not the most comfortable around crowds! They both would—they’re such fantasy geeks, and they also love the whole idea of fandom: people who love a story or a character or a world so much. And then I thought, well, of course Jason and Colby have to do conventions sometimes, don’t they, as part of their job? Colby’s been avoiding crowds and people lately, of course, but what would happen if they did end up going…?
I also really wanted to write the s*x scene in this one; it’s such a good symbol of how strong their relationship is, or I think it is! Colby’s comfortable enough to know and ask for what he needs, and Jason will always liste
