Zair also formally announced that he will be giving up the Tribe King position because of his physical condition and that his desire is to revive the Seers in Velaris.
So there are three tribe lands that without ruler. The Elves, Warrior, and the Royal Tribe.
And according to Velaris tradition, if the Tribe loses its leader in any way and is without an heir, a duel rite shall be organized with an open invitation to anybody brave enough to take it.
