The warrior tribe closed its land. Those that are not warriors aren't allowed to enter their borders, and people in their tribe are not allowed to go out. Although they haven't formally declared separation from Velaris, its shows like that's the message they're sending out. People in their tribe are without a choice but to obey their Tribe King, even though they now know he's an impostor, they scared, they're too weak to fight. Their tribe only got two choices to at least feel some freedom: to obey every command of their king, without objections, just silence to avoid conflicts and to deny the truth and live in an illusion that they're still and will always be fine.
