Morgan watched Angelo comfort Manny as the poor kid cried over the loss of his mother.
Angelo's vision of Cindy at the shelter had led them to finding the woman's remains in the burned down building.
He could scent the guilt coming off both Manny and Angelo and didn't like that both seemed to want to take the responsibility for Cindy's death. Neither should carry the actions of another.
Morgan hoped he might be able to get them to place the blame where it belonged...in the hands of the person responsible for the fire itself.
