Chapter One My legs wobbled as I fell on my knees to the ground while trying to scamper for safety before another kick could land on my stomach as I crawled on my knees. In a split second, I was found sprawling on the ground when Khloe charged toward me while smiling viciously. My lower lips trembled as tears pressed at the back of my eyelids while I felt this excruciating pain that caused a deep fit of fire in my stomach. I swallowed the heavy lump that thickened in my throat when I saw Khloe's minions, Sabrina and Hailey, behind her with a rod that I knew was meant for me. Tears glistened in my eyes because I knew that it was all over for me and I would feel the effect of the iron rod on my tender skin. A smug smile stretched on the lips of Khloe who clicked her tongue inside her mouth as she shook her head in nothing but mockery for me. She tilted her head to the left as she walked towards me slowly. "So, Amelia, you had the temerity to report us to the school teacher that we bullied you? You also told the teachers that we have been forcing you to do our assignments right?" Tears glistened in my eyes as I pleaded for mercy while rubbing my hands together, biting the corner of my lower lips in pain. "Can't you talk!" She snarled and the next thing was a loud sound that echoed through the room. She had hit me in the face. Holding my cheek in nothing but despair, the tears that were threatening to fall cascaded down my cheeks as I held my cheeks tightly. Khloe heaved a sigh while she took a glance at her wristwatch. "Girls, do we still have time to deal with this girl? We must inflict so much pain and make her leave with scars tonight. We must make her realize that she is nothing but a worthless omega who should be put in her place" "Yes," Sabrina and Hailey both chorused in unison as they crossed their hands over their chest while Hailey kept making bubbles with the chewing gum in her mouth. "Since we have all agreed to deal with this fool called Amelia, we would deal with her so much that she wouldn't be able to testify that we actually bullied her or maybe we should just lock her up in this abandoned building," Khloe chortled, not taking her eyes off her phone. My heart was palpated with fear as Sabrina and Hailey agreed to Khloe's words. Khloe stepped backward while Sabrina and Hailey sauntered toward me with the rod in their hands. Sabrina dragged the rod on the floor, causing the sound of the rod against the floor to trigger all the senses in my head. Hailey let the rod drop from her hand, causing me to flinch because of its harsh sound. She crouched before me, removing the chewing gum from her mouth as she had a smile crept at the corner of her lips. She gripped me by the jaw as her face was all over mine.. She put the chewing gum that she had chewed all along and forced it into my mouth. When she succeeded with her mission, she patted me on the cheek gently. "Don't worry, trash bag, I am going to be nice to you as long as you don't scream. Have you forgotten that objects like you don't whimper, complain or cry? They just take all the pain in like the piece of s**t that they are "Hailey reached her hands for the rod. "It wouldn't hurt that much, I assure you" She grinned ear to ear while I gulped on my spit. She stood to her feet, brushing her hands through her brown hair as she laughed uproariously at the Blondie behind her, Khloe. When she turned to look at me, the smile on her face disappeared and at that moment, I knew that the gates of hell were about to open. Clutching the rod tightly, she raised her hand while I squeezed my eyes shut, waiting for my pathetic end. All of a sudden, I heard the rods fall simultaneously as the beep sounds of phones echoed through the empty building. My phone vibrated in my pocket as well, causing me to flick my eyes open. "Oh, My!" The three of them gasped at the same time. "There is a reunion party for the three most powerful packs" "Does that mean that GLEO would be reopening the door to its classrooms again" "It looks like it. We were invited to the party as well! This is good news " They all squeaked in excitement as they ran out of the empty building, jumping in the air for joy. I blinked my eyes a couple of times, trying to wrap my head around what just happened and what the hell they meant by the three most powerful packs who were at loggerheads with each other reuniting. A wince escaped my lips as I struggled to stand on my feet while breathing heavily because of the pain that was inflicted on me by those three bastards. They were members of one of the most powerful packs in Volley city. Although, their pack, the Silver moon pack, didn't come close to the three most powerful packs in the city. Red Moon Pack, Blood Moon Pack, and the Half Moon Pack. I was a member of the Red Moon Pack, the most powerful pack in the city and since I was an omega, other prominent members from other packs treated me like s**t including the Alpha and Luna that took me in just to work me to death. The only benefits that I enjoyed from them were the benefit of going to one of the best schools in the city and also feeding me and majorly providing me with the basic amenities needed but apart from that, I was nothing but a slave in their hands. Wiping off my tears with the back of my hand, I struggled to take a step as it felt like every part of me was crumbling into pieces. I heaved a sigh in pain, tugging the strands of hair that fell on my face behind my ear and I was about to take another step when my phone vibrated in my hoodie's pocket. Heaving an exasperated sigh, I removed my phone whose screen had cracked so badly. Squinting my eyes to read the message on my phone, my eyes almost bulged out of it's socket when I saw the message from the Luna, Mrs. Britney. "You dummy, isn't it past your closing time? When are you going to come home to prepare for the welcome party of the young three Alphas? "
