CHAPTER 61: AKI’S ISSUES
AKI’S POV: The morning after the heist, Aki resolved to get in touch with Mason as soon as possible to tell him about how he felt about Kelsi. He wanted to do it in private, like how they always have man to man, or brother to brother serious talks. He knew that Mason would always have his back and be supportive regarding the choices he makes, or in this instance, the woman he likes. There wouldn’t have been any problem if they didn’t belong to the same crime family. It was his fault, though. He made it happen. He made it impossible, by letting her join the family.
