Arabelle couldn't stop smiling, chuckling and praising how beautiful the scenery was as far as the eye could see. The sunlight highlighting the waterfall in front of them added to the beauty. Arabelle felt much calmer. Her heart felt more relieved after breathing in the fresh air of nature.
"Woah! Look at that, there are so many butterflies!" Arabelle ran over to the flowers that were blooming almost along the edge of the waterfall.
Alex sat leaning against a tree not too far from the waterfall while eating an apple Arabelle had brought in a basket. Judging from her preparations, it was obvious that Arabelle was looking forward to their trip outside the palace. She even brought sandwiches and steaks because she knew Alex liked that kind of meat.
