It doesn't matter if they're good or bad secrets whether they're big or small, ALL secrets have got the ability and power to make or break relationships and friendships and they also have the power to either build or break trust.
For me, secrets tend to make me feel a little paranoid and lately, my paranoia has been spiking and I'm becoming suspicious of everyone around me and it's all thanks to those closest to me because I can't help but feel like they're all hiding something from me.
