Addison's POV
We drove to the airport in silence. none of us really spoke much and the reason for that was the guard sitting right in front of us. One wrong word and he would report it back to dad who most likely would have canceled the entire trip if he knew what was really going on. This was going to be one hell of a test for me. I was used to saying whatever I was thinking whenever the given thought had occurred to me, but at this point, if I did as I used to be doing, it would all fall apart.
Mika was already at the airport waiting for us alongside dad who looked like he was about to burst. It wouldn't surprise me if he had had the plane checked multiple times for anything that could resemble as a threat to us.
