Addison's POV
When the food was gone we decided to snuggle under the blanket and look up at the sky.
"I understand now why you come here," I said in a low voice. "It is so quiet, so... peaceful."
"It's a good way to remove yourself from life every once in a while. It's not a place anyone knows off except me and now you," he said as he snaked his arm around me pulling me closer.
"I feel honored, special even."
"That is because you are. I am very thankful that you decided to give me a second chance," he breathed. "To think that I would have missed this all because of who you are would have been the worst decision I would have ever made."
"Good thing I am so forgiving huh?" I chuckled lightly.
