Leal woke up to the sound of soft knocking in her doors. She hoarsely muttered 'come in' and was expecting to see Izzy poke her head in, but somebody else did. Her eyes widened upon seeing Axel and sat upright.
"W-What are you—Oh." Memories of earlier today flashed back to her mind. She forgot he was picking her up early every day so they could go to the gym and straight to work together. That was their routine for the past two weeks that was only broken today.
He chuckled. "Breakfast's ready."
"You cooked?"
"Hmm-mm," he nodded. "I had to do something while you two are snoring."
She gasped. "We were snoring?!"
"I was just joking—Ow!" He exclaimed when he received a blow to his back. "The work-outs are really getting into your veins, huh." He caressed his back as if it pained him
