Hera’s POV
I pulled the blanket up and snuggled into it, shivering with cold. It was only then that I realized I was totally naked! I woke up with a jolt and looked around the silent room. Memories of Felixe and his intense lovemaking from last night flooded into my mind. The pale rays of the sun filtered in through the curtains and I looked around the room. Felixe wasn’t there! Hadn’t I pleaded with him to stay? Yet he left me! My heart ached for him! Why couldn’t he stay here with me? He would have been safe!
