Lena’s POV Hera’s reaction to my presence shocked me immensely. Didn’t Zephyrus inform her about us? I didn’t like her at all, despite Hazel’s claims. “Yes. She’s my mate, Hera!” he stated, but Hera scoffed at him. “Really? I thought you didn’t believe in that?” She brushed past me without acknowledging my presence. I glanced at Zephyrus, feeling insulted by his only family. What had I done to deserve this? “I’m sorry on her behalf. She’ll come around.” He caught my hand and followed his twin, but I didn’t wish to join them. I could hear squeals echoing through the house as Hera and Hazel met in the living room.
