During breakfast, Alpha Joshua reopened the matter of Ella's joining their pack. Alison asked who Ella was, and her father explained she was one of his best friend's sisters, left alone since her family moved away years ago. She was now in a problematic faze, and his friend called and asked him to help her if he could. He couldn't refuse his friend's request, so Justin went to pick her up that morning.
He mentioned that she was going to stay in one of the rooms in the packhouse. He told Alison he thought it was good to help Ella adjust to her new pack life until she felt comfortable with the rest of the pack members. Alison replied she was more than happy to help.
