Once Kamandag got the permission from the goddess to conduct her own training, she sets out in a faraway area somewhere in the land of the blazing souls, she plans to not go back to the cavern for days so she can train without fearing anyone might found out about Poison. “So how are you?” Kamandag asked Poison. After the battle, Poison did not talk again to Kamandag. Like what she said, Poison will be gone for days to recover her lost strength, thanks to that battle. Poison’s aura is separated from Kamandag, that is why the form that she used in the battle only drained her. Kamandag did not get a response from Poison, and she grew worried for her, and there are times that she question herself if she is really crazy and Poison is just a made-up character by her, prior to her disparity of the situation back then. But she is sure that Poison is not just a made-up personality inside her head. She wants to hear her voice again but Poison just won’t talk to her. She thought of a way to wake her up and something came into her, she was reminded by herself that only in her redeemed form, Poison can access her body. She thought that what if she uses her redeemed form to forcefully wake her up. Kamandag concentrated to transform into her redeemed form. She successfully transformed and what’s left is to wake Poison up. “Hey sleepy head!” she called, but to no avail still no response from Poison. She grew frustrated because even after the transformation she just won’t wake up. “Ah PLEASE WAKE UP!” she shouted to release her frustration. Deep inside Poison is sleeping and with the sudden transformation and shouting of Kamandag, she was forcefully awoken by the loudness of her. She regaining her strength so that she can fight again if needed. “What is it!?” Poison asked her angrily because he sleep was disturbed. “Didn’t I told you already that I am taking a rest to regain my lost strength,” she reminded Kamandag, instead of feeling sorry the fairy felt such joy on hearing Poison’s voice. “I thought that I needed you to train myself in this redeemed form,” she lied and Poison felt happy on hearing that but she cannot yet do that since she has not enough energy even to talk to Kamandag. “I’m sorry,” she apologized to Kamandag. “But could you wait for two days more,” she told her and Kamandag is okay with this since confirming her existence is good enough for her. Now that she is in her best condition, she knows that she is not crazy anymore. Although she really missed that even they talked for a brief moment. She felt like that Poison is the only one that can fully understand her, and her safe haven. Just knowing that there is someone who can fully understand her, it gives her the proper confidence, the confidence to be at her fullest. After that battle and as soon she came back to training her performance had been great just on her own, she can easily defeat a minotaur without any bruises. Amaterasu felt that Kamandag can match the power of a god soon, as she gains experience and power from her battles, but not now because she is not experienced enough with her new power. Also, the goddess can experience something powerful inside her but she can’t tell what is it. She knows that there is someone inside her, which is Poison. Kamandag does not want others to know about Poison at least now. Thinking back of her past, when she was just a little snake with Amaya, where their mom does not care about them, instead their mom was disgusted with Kamandag. At very young age they were abandoned and they were left struggling in the underworld, surviving the chaotic environment everyday and they were forced to kill and steal for their food. Learning the way of the witches thanks to the other witches who took advantage of them but they knew that the world is not too kind on them, so they took advantage of other’s taking advantage on them to learn and survive. Luckily for them the underworld is filled with evil mystics that took the bait when they show weakness. There is one time there is an incubus who tried to sexually assault Amaya, but the young girl with her twin snake had something in mind. They went with the incubus to its home where it does not know about its twin snake. Inside the incubus’s home, Amaya endure the dirty acts of the demon while Kamandag sneak into his back and bit its neck. The venom coming from her instantly killed the demon and they felt bad about it, but they have to do it to save themselves from dirty creatures. *Incubus – a demon, the male version of the succubus who appears in women’s dream to have s****l i*********e with its victim. It seeks lustful desires and they are also described to r**e and impregnate their victims. They r**e and impregnate women. The victim may wake during the r**e, or may not know anything has happened until her health suddenly deteriorates as she hosts the Incubus’s parasitic baby. It only visits its victim at night and women are said to die because of exhaustion when an incubus repetitively visit a woman’s dream.* For a brief time, the stayed on the incubus’s home using its resources and that only lasted for a short time. They once again wandered in the underworld to survive and in such an early age they were burdened with the life that they took away, but Kamandag always told her sister and herself that they have to do it to protect themselves. The snake does not know that she is making an illusion to herself and also her sister to not be burdened with the deeds they did. It’s a hard life for the both of them. It’s a very hard life. Amaya once told the snake that they were born in just the wrong place and there Kamandag’s sister, began to research about the exit of the underworld, while her twin snake does not have the slightest idea that her sister is planning to escape the cruelty in their place.   Meanwhile the young Kamandag’s hunt began, luring unaware victims of her venom, using her black fairy form with a beauty that no man cannot resist. With that she uses her beauty to kill and steal from her victims to keep themselves alive. While her sister is in depth of her research, unaware of her sister’s deeds she began to understand spells and the way of the witches that she can use. As soon as this goes on, Kamandag began to hate herself even more for what she did and keeping it a secret to her sister. She was nicknamed as the Lustful Vengeance by the demons there, male demons are aware of her existence but her beauty just can’t be resisted when they see her, but instead of getting into her work, it does the opposite to her mental health. She began to thin that she is born in this world as a monster, made to kill and torment other, a deceitful being befitting her animal form, a snake. When she heard the story of how Satan turned into a snake to trick the very first humans created to go against the will of the great one, her confidence hit rock bottom especially facing her sister. When they are talking face to face with each other, she can’t help it but to think of herself as unworthy being her twin despite of her doing everything to keep her safe. Demons that go near her, are killed immediately since they had connection, that the other will feel something wrong if the other is in danger. Despite that, she still proceeds on killing to steal. Such deeds made her being worthy of a demon that she once hated, and that made her to hate herself even much more. Amaya can feel the struggles of her twin but she decided to ignore it to show respect to her sister that is not comfortable, asking her, if she is okay. She told herself that her struggles won’t go on any longer as she is within reach summoning an escape portal towards the mystic realm that will change their lives forever, she hopes. The day of the summoning came and there Kamandag was man hunted by the demons who feared her, her identity was widespread thanks to a victim that escaped her grasp thanks to a little mistake that she did, and there they knew that Amaya is her twin sister. So on that day, the twins are man hunted by them. Kamandag fought them trying her best to prevent them reaching her sister who is currently performing a summoning ritual. It was moment where death is front of their faces, Kamandag was badly wounded and her sister came to her rescue aiding her towards the portal to escape the mystic realm. “I know what you did sister,” Amaya said when they reached the portal towards the Mystic Realm. Kamandag was very surprised on what her twin sister said, she wants to cry and apologize but Amaya shushed her lips. “I understand, you did that to protect me right?” she said consoling her sister. She smiled. “Thank you for everything, don’t worry once we step out of this crystal our lives will forever change,” she said and they stepped on the portal and the portal spit them out on a forest. Kamandag rises when her twin sister, Amaya, falls to the ground. There her eyes widened as she saw an arrow stabbed on Amaya’s shoulder. “SISTER?!” she shouted and she ran besides her immediately to give her comfort. Thanks to the arrow stabbed on her shoulder the blood was blocked, preventing her to lose much blood. She tore a cloth from her clothes and she used that to block the blood when she pulls out the arrow. “AHH!” Amaya let’s out a scream because of immense pain that she felt from what she did. “Don’t worry this will be over soon,” she said. Kamandag opened her eyes again when she felt a rumbling on the ground cutting her thinking of the past off. There she saw five fire minotaur charging at her angry because she killed their brother. -The Phoenix’s Maiden-
