An Epic Action-Packed Fantasy-Adventure-Romance based on Greek Mythology and Folklore

Aurelia Evelyn Amerie Aviti experienced the horrific tragedy of her father's death and the demise of her home pack, Silver Moon, when she was only 9-years-old. She had to relive that same nightmare over and over, every night she closed her eyes. She feared finding her mate fated to her by the Moon Goddess after watching her mother almost grieve to death when the Moon-Fated Mate Bond was severed after her father's murder.

Aurelia was born under a very rare Super Blue Blood Moon. There has been talk; rumors that this rare Moon would take place again over this year's Winter Solstice. There is a prophecy about The Chosen; The Prophesied Wolf and Warrior, that states when a wolf born under the light of a Super Blue Blood Moon receives their Baptism of Fire; they will be bestowed with divine gifts, rare abilities, given by The Moon Goddess. These abilities will help assist The Chosen in fighting an epic battle for the lives of Selene's children; her Garou (werewolves).

When Aurelia realizes that she may be this "Chosen; Prophesied Wolf" and finds out that her Moon-Fated Mate is the King of All Alphas, Adrian Marcos Damon Vassilis, she's both apprehensive, yet exhilarated by the connection they already share. Adrian vows to protect her and keep her safe from harm. Per her mother's request, she travels with Adrian to Isle Royal; where the Royal Storm Riders Capital Palace resides.

On this journey, Aurelia experiences her nightmare from a different perspective. Unbeknownst to her, she's an Ansin, and is unaware that she's actually astral projected herself into the past. She watches her younger self as she witnesses the destruction of her home pack, Silver Moon, and her father's murder firsthand. She understands that this wasn't her usual night terror when she screams as she watches her father die and the sinister evil who murdered him senses her presence and reaches out for her. The moment Aurelia awakens, she's suddenly aware of the claw-like rips made in her dress and realizes that this evil will come for her with all it's might. It'll stop at nothing to have her; body and soul.

Will Aurelia give in to the Moon-Fated Mating Bond? Will she accept her path as a Destined Queen and Warrior, if she is The Chosen; The Prophesied Wolf?

Excerpt from Chapter 14 Perspectives - Suddenly, silver whips cracked and she watched as they hit their targets in a swift and precise manner. They constricted around her father's neck, both of his front and rear paws, and he was pulled flat to his stomach onto the wet, basement floor. His flesh smoked as the silver from the whips burnt into his skin. Once her father was subdued, a shadowed figure moved forward through the halls, not caring of the blood it walked through to reach him. The wetness of its footsteps made a sickening sloshing sound as it dragged death with each and every step it took towards her father.

"I will have her, Cassius. There will be nothing you can do to stop me." the shadow laughed sinisterly. "No matter how long it takes me to rebuild my ranks. Even if I have to plant undercover moles into every single pack from here to the States, I will uncover your precious daughter. I WILL FIND HER... eventually. She will be MINE and her gifts will BELONG TO ME!" The ominous shadow moved into view.

It was an evil, slender man with a lean, muscular build and dingy red hair, matted from blood. He had a large, menacing scar which stretched over his left eye and across the side of his forehead stopping below his left ear. His eyes were like tar, blacker than the shadows at night under the darkness of a new Moon. They glistened with rage as he smiled, baring sickening yellow teeth and ordered, "Kill him!"

"I SWEAR ON GAIA EARTH, AND THE MOON GODDESS SELENE, THAT YOU'LL PAY FOR YOUR SINS! YOU WILL DIE BEFORE YOU POSSESS MY DAUGHTER! I KNOW WHO YOU ARE, RASPUTIN FAHIM VADIK ANASTOS, SON OF THE ROGUE HADES AND THE DARK FAE QUEEN DAMARA!" her father bellowed before a sword pierced his chest, plunging through his heart.

"NOOOOOOOOOO!" Aurelia shouted!

Rasputin's eyes shifted in Aurelia's direction, suddenly aware of a presence in the room. He dashed towards her and as his long, sharp claws slashed across her dress, Aurelia awoke.

"Shhh, shhh," Adrian cooed trying to console his mate, "we'll talk over everything as soon as we get inside the safety of the Capital Palace and the security of our Royal Storm Riders Pack, okay, My Moon? I won't let anything happen to you!" he promised.

Aurelia nodded in understanding as she peered out the window. She watched the sunrise gleam, spanning the horizon, reflecting off of the shining, cold waters of Lake Superior, casting pink and orange hues over the beautiful forest behind her. It's light keeping the darkness and her nightmares at bay, for now...

Prologue - Nightmares of the Past
A bright white flashes throughout the darkness of her tiny room as lightning struck in the night. Endless vibrations shook every foundation caused by the thunder that followed it. Over the brewing and unrelenting storm, 9-year-old Aurelia heard the terrified screams of her pack, Silver Moon, as bloodthirsty and savage Rogues descended upon them. She was in shock, frozen in fear looking out the small opening of her window, watching as the few warrior wolves her pack had were slaughtered. She was wide-eyed and hyperventilating as she witnessed women and children being taken captive and hurled inside incommodious cages. Copper lined her senses from all the blood that had been spilled, the blood of her pack. She started to cry, tears endlessly falling, soaking her nightdress. Those salty, wet formations streaking her face while fearing for her mother and father. That's when she heard him. "Aurelia! Aurelia!" came her father's worried voice as he entered her room. "Thank the Moon Goddess you're unharmed little one. Please make haste daughter!" he explained as he scooped her up into his protecting arms. "We need to ensure your mother's safety as well!" He smelled of copper also, so much so that she was sure she could taste it. When they reached her parents' room her father placed Aurelia into her mother's caring arms and was peppered with thankful kisses. Her precious daughter was safe and her husband Cassius, their pack Gamma, could defend them from the Rogues breaching their pack-house doors. The thunder continued to boom making Aurelia shake and tremble with fear. Lightning crackled throughout the night providing light for their escape from this ruthless invasion. Aurelia's hair stood on end from the electricity in the air and as the next wave of lightning struck, it illuminated over a dozen Rogues just ahead of their escape route. Each Rogue seemed to attack at once bearing their large, yellow canines and lunging at her father, mother, and herself. In an instant, she witnessed her father advancing towards them, viciously taking two Rogues by the neck, tearing out their throats with a terrifying squelch. Aurelia watched them drop lifeless, their dead-weight thunking upon the stone floor as their blank gazes stared into the deep abyss of Hades' Underworld. Her stomach sickened at the sound of it all. "GO! NOW! Get Aurelia to safety Carissa, my love, my Moon! I will find you both, I prom-" before her father, Cassius, could finish he was ripped away by a small army of Rogues, and her mother rushed them to a secret passage hidden from view by a large bookcase. It screeched open and when Aurelia and her mother rounded the corner to enter the secret passage, she watched helpless, as those Rogues ambushed her father. The last vision she had of her father was him fighting for his family's safety, forgetting all thought of his own. Aurelia's mother took a torch light from its cresset and rushed them through the darkness of the passageway and just as they saw the moonlight come into view, her mother wailed and collapsed clutching her hands to her chest as she wept "CASSIUS! NO, NO, NO! YOU CAN'T BE -".
