Fiona's POV. Even when I was the princess I wasn't allowed to randomly go outside. I spent most of my days cooped up in my room trying to make friends with the harsh faced men that made up my personal guard. Back then it was for both security purposes and just to maintain the air of secrecy and mystery we tried to weave around ourselves, not stepping out of the pack house unless to make announcements or attend one of the many galas I just had to attend. I was very restless so of course, even as a child, being cooped inside meant I frequently attempted daring escapes, which more often than not ended up with my guards dragging me back into the pack house with a scowl on my face.
