CLARITY
The council pretty much shot us with glares the rest of the evening. I’m sure that if glares could kill, we would drop dead in an instant. They were furious but couldn’t do anything as it was voted about, and people would surely start petitions for their termination in service or maybe even abolishment of the council if they started to complain about it. It will be another issue in the future, but we were too happy with the plan’s success to even care about them, at least at the moment. I’m pretty sure many of them left before the end of the celebration.
I can’t deny it’s one of the best birthdays I had.
