Autumn was brimming with anticipation waiting for the results.
After she had told Dalton about the rock and Piper 'randomly' showing up there, Dalton seemed to want to dive just as deep into this investigation as she did.
Dalton had wanted to take the rock to bring it to someone he knew that could rehydrate the blood and test it, but Autumn had wanted it to stay put.
Instead, she scraped some off in a Ziploc and given it to him to take.
Dalton had told her he may be able to get an answer by the end of the week, but to not hold her breath.
Autumn had decided to not share that she had taken pictures of the rock. There were some things she wanted to keep to herself to insure her presumptions. That was just a back-up plan anyway out of her own paranoia.
