❤ Aubrey’s POV ❤
WE arrived at the other kingdom in a few hours. I don’t have a watch so I wasn’t sure exactly how long the trip took. Lately, I have been relying on how light the sky is to determine whether it’s morning, afternoon, or night time.
My mom excitedly got off the carriage as we arrived. I wasn’t as enthusiastic, especially when I saw the arrogant Prince Andrew waiting with Queen Diana and whom I assume is King Armand. They are both smiling while the prince is smirking.
Queen Diana came forward as she saw Queen Margaret alight the carriage.
Queen Diana: “Queen Margaret. Welcome to our kingdom. You’re finally here.”
Mom: “Yes, we are. Finally.”
Queen Diana looked at me and greeted me as well before saying “Where is the king?”
Mom: “Oh, he’s busy with something. He’ll foll
