Heather POV The day was sunny and clear, with hardly any clouds in the sky, though still a little on the cooler side this time of the morning. By the time we made it to where Mason was taking me for the run, I was over my frustration with his forgetfulness of our arranged run together. I guess a lot had happened last night and this morning, my surprise had started when that stupid woman tried to claim Mason as the father of her pup. Maybe she was so drunk that night and did not remember Mason leaving her in bed and someone else climbed in and did the deed. Either way, it still made me annoyed.
