Gerry greeted me and when Mason asked about knowing I was unwell, he sounded annoyed at Gerry for not advising him, but Gerry and I had become friends and unless I gave my permission, he would not tell Mason anything he heard or saw unless I was in some kind of danger.
As it was, I had noticed I now had four guards following me around at a distance and knew they were for my safety and would approach if I was in danger.
I noticed them yesterday when I returned home feeling very tired. If I had worked the day and left, I may not have noticed them with all the guards that walk around constantly at the castle, but they climbed into the SUV and when I got out of the car at home, they pulled up behind Gerry and waited till I was inside.
