The night Vira woke up, she seemed lost in her thoughts and her interactions were little to none with everyone in the palace. Chocopie did tell me about their conversation which left me stumped but I also felt proud to have a mate like her. I, however, had anxiety fits thinking about our plan. Though our plan was extremely thorough, it still had a lot of risks. The timing of everything had to be just perfect if we wanted to succeed and the danger that lurked worried me beyond expression.
Both Applepie and Chocopie were left without any protection throughout the plan that I wasn't comfortable with. I knew that they could handle themselves well on their own but don't hold it against me for worrying about their safety. What if general Dew, dec
