I’m an i***t, that’s what I realized the other day when I unwittingly hurt Zerelda by forgetting my promise to take her on a date. I contemplated many ways to approach the topic but I couldn’t think of a way out. That morning when I woke up and followed Applepie, I was impressed with how she was working. She’d spent the entire night working on her new idea for a special artifact. She looked so adorable that I couldn’t take my eyes off her, she was absolutely focused on her work and didn’t even notice my presence. I obviously suppressed my scent and kept my footsteps as light as I could but if she was actually paying attention to her surroundings, she would have noticed my presence in some way, of that I was sure of.
