"Housekeeping.... Housekeeping." She knocked again. I was too warm and cozy to get up and open the door. I didn't want to yell because Damon was still sleep.

"We're fine!" Damon yelled.

"That was rude." I mumbled. "You should be nicer to people."

He flipped us over and started kissing my neck. "This is nice." He breathed.

I gasped. "D-Damon what are you doing?"

"Being nice. Doesn't this feel good?"

"N-No." I tried not to moan.

"Liar! Your heartbeat increased and your getting wet."

My cheeks were flaming. He pecked my lips.

"Get dressed, we're getting breakfast then hitting the slopes."

"I don't have anyt-"

"Keira and your mom packed your bag."

I got my suitcase and found something to wear. Im going to kill them! I thought to myself. They packed lingerie and really tight clothing. I found a note tucked at the bottom and opened it.

I blushed and threw the letter away. I took a shower and got dressed. When I came out Damon was already waiting.

"You look nice." I blushed "Thank you."

I laughed for the hundredth time this hour. Damon just wont give up.

"No!" He growled. "I wont be shown up by my mate."

"Why don't you let me help?" I offered.

"Because I can do it on my- umph!"

He ran into the wall and fell. Have you ever seen a 6'3 245lb man fall on his butt? Let me tell you its hilarious. I skated to him and bent down.

"Damon just give up I won the bet." He scowled and struggled to his feet, it took him minutes to get to the opening.

"You cheated!"

"How did I cheat?" I tried not to laugh.

"You didn't tell me that you knew how to ice skate."

"You didn't ask. Cell phone please." He glared at me then cursed. He handed me the phone and I called home.

"Mom where's Kyle?" I heard her call him them shuffling.

"Mommy!"

"Hey baby I miss you."

"Miss you! I want daddy!"

"Hold on." I put it on speaker phone and Damon came beside me.

"Hey Little Prince."

"Daddy! daddy come home!"

"I'll see you tomorrow. I love you."

"Love you and love mommy Bye... Uncle Ryan uncle Ryan!"

"Hello."

"Mom?"

"Yeah he threw me the phone and took off running. So are you enjoying yourself?"

"Yes Damon can't skate to save his life." I giggled.

"That's good to hear. You need to relax and have fun. Don't worry about Kyle, Ryan and Prince Damien has been fighting for his attention. Its like having two more Kids. Well I have to go. Make me more pretty grandbabies."

"Mom!" I groaned, I never took the phone off speaker.

"Goodbye Honey."

"Lets go."

He grabbed my hand and we walked around a little. Did I mention that I love the snow. This was so nice and peaceful, I've never been able to relax because I always feared that one of them would find me and Kyle would be taken away. My worse fear is that my dad would find and kill me. I know he's out there somewhere. I left without telling him good bye so I know he's more angry than he was before. I really do hope that he's gotten himself together. My dad was really a nice guy, I don't know what made him snap. He knew that mom would never cheat she really did love him.

"Damon."

"Hmmm?"

"Have you been to my old house?"

"Yes I went there sometimes when I was angry. Being wrapped in your scent calmed me down."

"How was my dad."

"Don't worry about him."

"You can't tell me not to."

"He is a crazy abusive man."

"But he's still my dad."

"He's a monster, he abused you. He was supposed to love you not treat you like crap."

"Yeah like you was so much better." He stood up, punched the cafe wall and stormed out.

"Well.... Someone cant handle the truth!"

I didn't say that to get him mad it kind of slipped out. He really was changing, if it was two years ago I probably would have had a black eye. Man, people weren't lying when they say your mates mark changes you. I never used to snap at people. I never even cursed, its like some of Damons habits are rubbing off on me and he's only been here a month. I would rather have Damiens calming habits. I was afraid to go to the room so I just walked around alone looking like a lost puppy. I didn't know where to go so I walked to the frozen lake and watched everyone skate.

Damien. I cried.

Serenity? Are you crying?

I don't have anywhere to go.

What do you mean? Where is Damon?

I made him mad. I didn't mean to I swear. I don't know what's wrong with me I cant control my emotions.

What did you do? I'm sure he's not mad probably just cooling down.

I told him what I said. He assured me that Damon wasn't mad and to go to the room. I didn't, I was afraid. I didn't have any money for a room and I'm sure that sleeping in the lobby would get me kicked out. I didn't want to link Damien or Ryan they would be worried.

Suck it up serenity and go to the room he wouldn't hurt you. I hope, I kept chanting to myself. I slowly walked to the room and knocked on the door. He opened the door looked at me and walked to the couch and got on his laptop. I took a shower and put on my pajamas. We sat there for hours not talking to each other. God he sure can hold a grudge. My stomach growled and I blushed.

"You can order room service, the menu is by the phone."

"D-do you want anything?" I'm stuttering again. I still do that when I'm nervous.

"No I'm not hungry."

"Are you sure? You haven't eaten since earlier." I knew that if I was hungry he was. He's like 5 times the size of me.

"I'm not hungry!" He snapped.

"Stop being an *ss Damon."

"I'm going out."

"Where are you going?"

I ran to the door blocking his way, well more like tried. He picked me up like I was child and put me down on the bed and walked out. God he's a jerk!
