All I heard were growls and I couldn't see anything but black and brown fur. This is crazy they're going to kill themselves because of me, I know I'm going to regret this. I got out of the car and went behind a tree and shifted.

When I got to the fight I tried to make my way through the wolves, they were huge compared to me. I finally made my way to the front. When I got there I gasped, it was blood everywhere. I tried to get to them but a wolf stopped me, he growled and I jumped back.

No Serenity, now is not the time to chicken out. I growled back and he attacked me, there was no way that I could beat him he was squishing me and I couldn't breathe. I was going to die with my mates 10 ft away.

Damon! Damien! Help! I said through the mating bond. I looked their way and they were still fighting, seriously?

I whimpered and they stopped immediately. They sniffed the air and looked my way. They growled so loud I swear I felt the ground vibrate.

Damien attacked the wolf that was on top of me then shifted. Damon followed him and came back to me.

“Go behind the tree and shift.”

I tried to get up but I felt pain. Damon picked me up and carried me to the tree where I shifted. I changed clothes and Damon was right there.

“I think he cracked her ribs.”

Damien's eyes turned black, I've never seen him so mad. “Are you f*cking crazy? You attacked your Luna your future Queen.” He yelled.

“I didn't know Prince Damien.” He pleaded.

“You didn't know? You i***t, didn't you smell me and Damon's scent on her?” He punched the guy so hard that he flew into a tree cracking it, Damien was in front of him before he could get up.

“Damien stop!” I yelled. “Ouch.” I cried. This is worse than giving birth. I can't even breathe without it hurting. I wasn’t going to let them know that, I need to show that I’m not the same scared girl from years ago.

“Damien lets go she needs a doctor.”

“This isn't over. One of you take my car back.”

“I'm going to shift, you can ride on my back it'll be faster. Whatever you do don't let go.”

It only took us about 20 minutes to get to his house. I got off his back and waited for them to shift. How the hell could they run so fast? I had to close my eyes and concentrate on anything so I wouldn't throw up. I peeked once and only saw the blur of trees. Damien carried me to my room, the doctor was already waiting.

“Princess.” She bowed.

“I prefer Serenity.” She looked at Damon and he nodded. She was older than him so seeing her ask for permission to call me Serenity made me roll my eyes. If I wanted to be called anything else I would have said so, if I'm supposed to be a 'Princess' then what I say should go as well.

She pressed my side and I whimpered Damien growled and she jumped.

“She's Just doing her job.” I glared at him. She smiled.

“OK Miss Serenity I'm going to wrap this around you to help with the healing and pain. You should be good to go by tomorrow.”

“Thank you.” She smiled.

“Do you need something for the pain?” I shook my head no I hated taking pills, especially pain pills they made me groggy and goofy.

“No I'm fine thanks.” She left and it was just us in the room.

“How do you feel?” Damien asked.

“I'm fine I think it's healing. I am thirsty.” I said trying to sit up. Damon rushed to help me sit up and glared at Damien. Damon handed me a cup of water and I quickly downed it.

“This is all of your fault.” Damon hissed. “I'm sure she told you we had a date tonight, if you wouldn't have taken her none of this would have happened.” He growled. That date must have been important to him he really seemed upset.

“Boo hoo! Get over it. If I want to take my mate out then I’ll do it! I don't need your permission.” Damon growled and jumped over the bed and tackled Damien. They were rolling on the ground fighting like animals.

“Would you two stop it!” I yelled. “Kyle is in the next room.”

“You're going out with me tomorrow, nothing is going to stop it.” He stormed out slamming the door behind him.

“I told you he would be mad.” Damien chuckled.

“That's not my problem. No one is going to stop you from being mine, we've wasted 2 years I'm not wasting any more time. Now get some rest don't worry about Kyle I'll bathe and feed him.” He kissed my head and left.

After about 5 minutes of watching tv my eyelids became heavy, that sneaky.... He put pain killers in my water.

“Mommy mommy Mommy wake up!” I groaned and opened my eyes to see Kyles big smiling face.

“Good morning baby.” He started jumping up and down on the bed, I don’t know where he gets all this energy from, especially early in the morning.

“Uncle Dee pancakes.” Uncle Dee? I'm guessing that's Damien.

“OK OK.” I brushed my teeth and wiped my face and carried Kyle to the kitchen.

“You made all of this?” He cooked enough for an army. “Yes. I was trying to make you breakfast in bed but Kyle here ruined the surprise.”

“Sorry Uncle Dee.” He put his hands over his mouth.

“That's OK little man, dig in.” He made cheesy eggs, blueberry pancakes, waffles, bacon, sausage, hash browns, grits and cut up fruit.

“Are you trying to feed an army? There's no way that I can all of this. Don't worry watch this 3.. 2.. 1..” I heard footsteps.

“Damien made breakfast.” I heard Keira yell.

“Good morning.” She didn't even bother to sit she just started filling up her plate. Minutes later Damon did the same thing.

“Is everything ready Keira?” She smiled a goofy smile and said yes.

“Ready for what?” Damien asked.

“None of your business.” Keira sang.

“You two are weird.” I mumbled.

After breakfast I got dressed and went to give Kyle a bath but he was already dressed.

“I want grandma & Pop Pop.” He whined.

“OK.” I pulled out my phone and called my mother telling her that Kyle missed them.

“I miss him to. Bring him home now.” She demanded.

“We're on the way.”

Keira decided to take me I was grateful to get away. Damien and Damon has been arguing since breakfast.

“Uncle Ryan!” Kyle yelled as soon as we pulled up. He was bouncing in his seat banging on the window, you would think that we were gone for months.

Ryan, Luis and a couple of his friends were attempting to fix that beat up cheap truck, they've been trying for a year now I think they made it worse. Ryan unbuckled Kyle and carried him over to the garage.

“Wow!” Keira said.

“What?” I asked looking around.

“Look at them, they're hot!” She smiled.

“That's gross they're my family.” I didn’t think of them like that, well not anymore. When I first got here I was afraid all of them. I would run behind Ryan, Dad, or Luis whenever one of them said something to me.

“I'll introduce you.”

“Hey guys.”

“What's up Serenity and who is this?” Luis purred. Eww.

“This is Keira. As in Princess Keira”

“Why'd you tell them that?” She glared.

“Sorry.” They greeted her and got back to work.

We walked to the house Keira glared at me again. “What?” I asked.

“Why did you tell them who I was? Now they wont talk to me.”

“Oh trust me they will. Give them time, they're man whores. They just need to get over the shock.”

“Mom! Dad!”

“In here. Finally, I thought they kidnapped you.”

“Dad you're so over dramatic. This is Keira, their sister.”

“Princess.” They greeted. I jumped when I heard my mothers voice through the link.

Serenity Black why didn’t you tell me you was bringing the Princess. I would fixed the house and myself up.

Mom its fine she doesn’t care about that. She growled then cut the link.

“Call me Keira”

“Where's my grand boy?” My dad asked.

“Outside with the guys.” He practically knocked me over trying to get out the door.

“You girls get over here. I need help, Louis's family is coming over for dinner tonight.”

“I've been here for two years and never met his family.” Louis stayed here all of the time, he only went home when he wanted to bring a girl over or have a party.

“Well they've been traveling ever since his father passed down the title.”

“Why didn't you and dad go traveling?”

“I've been enough places I'd rather be here with my family.”

“What are you cooking?”

“Two roasts, potatoes, carrots, fried cabbage and rolls. For dessert chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream, Louis's favorite.”

“Yum.” Keira said while smiling.

“Where's my manners! Would you like to join us?” Mom asked.

“Heck yeah.” My mom laughed and threw us the aprons.

We put everything in the oven and went back to the front yard. They were all out there with their shirts off. Keira was standing there with her mouth open.

“They're all hot." She said to herself.

“Close your mouth Princess for I put something big in it.” Ryan is such a w***e, you would think with him being the Alpha that he would know how to talk to people.

“Ryan you perv!” I yelled. His friends started laughing and high fiving each other. My dad slapped him in the back of the head.

“That's no way to talk to a lady.. Apologize.”

“Sorry babe.” He winked. Keira glared at him.

“I'm not your babe and I'm sure the only thing you have big is your ego.” Everyone laughed.

“Burn.” My dad said while chuckling.

“Looks like you've met your match.”

“Good one Princess, but I'm sure I'll have the last laugh.” He said in husky voice while twirling a strand of her hair.

“Mom said go home Luis and you two get dressed.”

“Come on Kyle time for a bath.” He pouted. He hated being pulled away from the garage. The guys bought him his own play tool set and car to work on.

“My car.” He whined.

“It'll be there tomorrow... Now come we have to get you cleaned up.”

“Noooooo I want daddy!” He yelled.

“Daddy's busy.”

“I want uncle Dee.”

“Kyle please.” I didn't know how to handle him when he was like this. He would throw a tantrum for hours, sometimes I wanted to pull my hair out when he does this. I get so frustrated.

“I'll call your father once you get cleaned up.” I offered.

“No!” Him being a future King meant he developed faster than normal kids, sometimes I forget he's only two years old.

Keira took a different approach bribery. “The faster you get cleaned up the faster you can have cake and ice cream.”

That was all he needed to hear, by the time I got upstairs he had already taken his clothes off and dumped his toys in the bath. He was sitting there with no water, he knew better than to do that on his own. I got him cleaned up and dressed. I called Damon to let him know that I was having dinner with my family, he understood which was a shock to me. He talked to Kyle for a while and hung up.

My mother let Keira borrow a dress. After everyone was dressed we went to the dining room to set up the table. 30 minutes later the door bell rang.

“They're here. Serenity answer the door while I finish setting everything up.” My mom always acted like this when we were going to have company, she acted like everything had to be perfect. I thought that she would be used to this with her being the former Luna.

“Luis usually walks in what's so different today.” Luis practically lived here. He had his own room and everything, I’ve never seen him knock since I’ve been here.

“His parents are with him, that's the difference now go!” I rolled my eyes and walked to the living room. I wonder what his parents were like, everyone said that his dad is scary and his step mom was a nice lady. Luis's real mother died when she was giving birth to him, his dad raised him.

I opened the door. “Hey.” I greeted.

“Took you long enough.” I glared at him and smiled at his parents.

“Its nice to meet you I'm Serenity.” I said while shaking his hand.

“I'm Bobby and this is my wife Margo.” No way, is this some kind of joke?

“Mom.” I whispered.
