Around four-thirty a.m., Gabriella managed to peel herself away from the girls, making the excuse she needed to go to the bathroom. Really, she just wanted a break from them. She felt like they were babysitting her, always asking if she felt ok and if she needed water or even food.
After actually going to the bathroom, she didn’t return to the theatre room.
Walking to the foyer, she listened for voices in the manor. Mainly, for Raith’s voice, hoping he was back home. She sighed in disappointment to hear the house so quiet. Gabriella noted Myung sitting in the kitchen at the island, looking at his phone. She smirked, imagining he was playing his dragon game. Not wanting to bother him, she turned back, surrendering to the idea of joining the girls back in the theatre room.
