Now we know we're not alone out here on this little mission to get to the witch's cabin. We're going to shift and run the rest of the way, probably the safest for us to travel at night.
I'm not sure why, but watching my mate kill that rogue so easily was really exciting. From the look on his face, he enjoyed watching Stella too.
We grabbed the rest of our stuff, put it in the bag I brought and shifted back to our wolves. Colt grabbed the bag with his teeth and we ran together.
We should have traveled in wolf form the whole way, but I think we all need to just enjoy the company a little bit. The run was nice, the warm summer night breeze felt incredible.
