"Alpha please." Their mother begged for mercy, but their father looked ready to take whatever l was going to throw at them.
"They are my parents, Alex." Liam said looking at me with sadness and regret.
Punishing the former Beta couple was going to weigh deeply on my soul because l considered Mrs Marjorie as my mother and Douglas as my mentor, but it doesn't change the fact that they betrayed me.
"Whether they are your parents or not, they still need to face the consequences of their actions." l looked at them with disappointment.
What kind of parent gives importance to one child and shuns the other? My children will never have to live through the pain Emilia endured at the hands of her parents, l swore to myself.
"You disgust me." l muttered looking at them one last time.
