Cambridge University, England April 1895Vincent Silver sat in his room relaxing after a ten-mile early morning run. Twenty-three years old, tall, blonde and smart, he was the total opposite of his father. Well ahead of his time in understanding the need to look after his body with the right food and frequent exercise, he avoided alcohol and smoking, instead pursuing a rigid fitness regime every day.
